Today was cool..

undies came to my house for about 1 hour of singing session wif me and we sing like LOL man.


And was planning to skip training and so on, but i did some improvement on my running, 2.4km was 10.50 last week but i did 10.39 today!! =)..

Hopefully it doesn't drop.

MUHAHAHAHMUHAHAHA MUHAHAHA

IT IS A POWDERFULL DAY OF THE YEAR MAN!



I have tired the stroke of what jackson have teach us, the stroke is slow but efficient and of cos we are tired after a few stroke.



actually i think ah lim knows how to teach that stroke too, but i think he know that we are not up to that standard yet.



Ah lim car was stolen and the reason is unknown.



The number of day of training is increasing and increasing, i think before any of my aching is over, the next training gonna make it even more pain and continue day after day!.



Recovery is slow and so on. Gonna skip church again tml and wake up early for sea training wif jackson then follow by seahawk. Hopefully seahawk get to use the stroke for macau race and i think we gonna be somebody!!!.



Tml gonna be my mum bday, so gonna bring her somewhere for makan at night =)

Was dam tired after this 2 day race and end up getting nothing is seriously LMAO

But anyway, our stroke wasn't good at all as compare to any other group that is at the top position!

So there will be more changes and we nid to have more sea training.

Monday wed will be gym training while friday will be sea training, sat will be goign to bedok and train wif simei and follow by seahawk training becos we are going macau this june for race!!!!
Sunday gonna be seahawk training also.

Hopefully there will be adjustment for our stroke and teach us so called new stroke, so that we woudn't have much problem when we go macau for race =)

I went to cw brave warriors blog, everyone is talking about the team and always!

Since all of u have done some reflection, think of way to improve on urself alright?.

I got nth much to say =). Rmb Think for others first before u think for urself and stop comparing among one another.

Yesterday race Was AMAZING.

We came in 8th out of 17th team!

Realised that our timing for the first heats was 2.09 while the rest is getting worse, somemore first heat the civil def boat crash into our boat or our boat crash into theirs.

But our timing 2.09 is the best for the 4 races.

We would have go semi-final straight away without going to the rapid charge and we get first for that round! If that crash wasn't held, anyway, they came to apologies to us when we come up from the plat.

I think this race over and it gonna boost us up and train even more, isnt it true??

But that ah yew just hit my eldbow wif his paddle lightly, but i just felt so pain after the first race, i was wondering if i'm able to continue to race due to the pain when i use some str.

Was worried that this pain continue and i gonna be skip training for this week, luckily today wasn't that pain and i think i should continue =)

Was dam tired and went to marina square for lunch at the kopithiam there, and went out wif ljkk member for some dotaing=)
