Recently, i went to hospital to see my grandfather, he kena third stead cancer. gonna leave us soon and i dun think there is hope for him to recover, and for my sixth uncle de father, he pass away like 3 weeks ago. So erm, i get to see him every new year or sometimes when i go to my aunts house.. But u see??.. We might just pass away anytime.. ARGHH!!!..


Went to poly clinic yesterday, i'm lazy to attend schs from 8am-6pm. I'm just abit sick, so i went to polyclinic to get my MC =D. But erm, haven give it to my class advisor, dun get to see her today... She went to dunno what course and relief teachers take over her, we did nothing for lesson today.. We walk around and some of my new classmate make prank call to one guy, a nickname for him (hotdog).. But erm, peep love to disture him, as for him. I did nothing, dun wanna be bastard...

Was like so fuck up when i see those bodybuilder, they are just 55kg and they are so dam big wif fulls of muscle, i get to see that guy last year and he was training wif me and helmi at je gym, but when i get to see him just now in the gym.. he changes, omfg plz.. He was 65kg and he ate something and he kept shitting just to lose his dam freaking weight from 65 to 55 -.-"". And i'm like 73 atm wif nothing + he is only 55kg and everything is bigger them mine. I know u peep will be tagging in my tag -.-"". But i dun think none of u is fitter them him.. So i will train harder but not gonna take part in any competition, i doesn't meant the expectation of a bodybuilder at all..
So what i gonna do is train hard and eat more, if i got no more improvement, i gonna slim down then..


crap and crap, i have been playing back runescape recently for like almost 2 months. And i know i spend alot of time on it, i spend at least 8hr/daily. Thats for overall, so i can play up to 12hour of rs per day.. Was quite close wif this 2 guy recently, jacky and rus. But erm, there is some too, but we spilt into 2 class. So i always hang around wif jacky and rus becos we are in the same class.. That jacky is those type, quite quiet, but when times to talk about porn or whatever..
