i cry today! =)

Actually just some tears.

PK came to console me.

They started quarreling and my mind just turn wild, i finish the bench press and take out my glove and go toilet and clean out myself and prepare to go home, but think twice, i didn't go home straight away.

My mind tell me to quit db as i dun wan to see fren fren end up enemy anymore, i walk to basement and drink water cooler and walk up and stare at our db noticeboard. I look at the pic of all of us and is like as if i leave the team already and miss them.

So iwent to the cardio room alone and do some cycling, lech came and find me follow by alvin then kok ann. Go back there talk awhile about the conflict thingy, everything over. I told ah lim i tml dun wan come training liao, then my tears come out siol!. LOL.

Andy is good, he doesn't scold back or even started the fight, but kok ann just can't change, thats the way he is, the way he scold people he dun even bother whether that one fren or not.

I"m always nice, i dunno y?.

most of the time is kok ann and another.
he can't control temper
