realised that i wasn't that friendly as i thought, but i'm gentle =D
Well. I'm back to myself again.
Wed the db training is like so shiok, first time pull 5km cardio, but they rest is even more hard working, they pull 7km even the gals!!!. OMGG, can't lose out.
Chun yew is the only guys that lose out to the gal,ignasia was forcing all the way while the XIN XIN pull hard only when people walk to her and see her timing. Gonna find someone to stand beside her next time.
Hmm, cardio endurance is seriously tired, normally i would feel tired the next day when i wake up, but i feel dam tired and miss one 2 hour lesson and was even late for the next lesson.
Anyway, ytd went to Jurong west gym wif mairam,dama,kokann,andy and alvin. This few of us go together and train, but i dun really train as i'm lazy and dun bother to train. I will not train that much only when its db training then i will train a little bit harder =D.
Counting down, 3 month before i leave for attachment and i gonna stop db for like so freaking long?. Is either i will be 100kg when i come back or gettting smaller and smaller and come back and carry those kuku weight.
So far in my life, db is the only one stuff or commitment that i spend so much time in it and really bother. Unlike other cca and commitment.
MOODY DAY IS TML, gonna work 12pm to 11pm, alone wif no companies follow be work. SUPER SIAN! But i got no choice but left wif 30 bucks?=D
