Sat and sunday was 5men race.. Went on sat and heats1 we get second position.. And i kept telling myself that its a waste of time to come on sunday for the semi-final..

Cos its a waste of time of coming to semi-final and go home..

I just think that rowing is just so simple.. But then i still can't get it. Cos i think fucking half stroke can life the boat up and it will go faster.. But its true? As long as everyone is doing it.. ITs fucking easy?..

U think the half stroke is useless?. Use it for one men time trial or charging part..
