For all the top 8 position for Shotput, discus and javelin..

Shotput:1st.14.39. 8th 10.60
Discus: 1st 43.95. 8th 32.29
Javelin: 1st 50.22. 8th 38.83

Alright, all based on last year result.. As for shotput and discus.. The 1st position. Is the same person.. Damit.. They train for at least 2 years.. But i got no experience in nation before + not enough training one lor.... Javelin is totally no hope, go there only waste my time.. I can't even get 8th position.. For shotput, i can get to 8th position easily, but i'm aiming for 13... Discus, i can get in too.. If i get my speed + accleration... Need more training i guess...... Samantha called and told me that she w ill be putting me work everyday le..

THen schedule for next week out liao.... I will be working every single day!!!. Work after trainnig.... Sian liao.. But hopefully... Trainings makes prefect right??. So what if they train for 2 years + while i onlly a month?.. or 2..... I dun wan to be like novemenber and december.. I will not have much fun, but only have fun after work which make me quarrel with my mum everyday.. But, i just can't be bother, becos staying there after work is important for me... Recently, i'm just been so mean man.... I get piss off easily.. When i get piss, all my vulgarities just come out from my mouth..... Don't cling on my past......

I get my result liao le... even through for e lvl position i get 5th/73... But i'm still not happ y wif it. Only get 407/600?.. EH wth... I told mr tan that i didn't tell my mum to go for e parent meeting on friday, becos i dun wan to waste their time + ask them come for what??.. So he bo bian, he gave me the printout of my result slips... The remark there, he putted.. John have make a effort to study.. Then i was like.. LOL!!. INfront of him, then i say..Actually, i didn't even study for it.. So he was like, mai hao lian........ So he promise to give me my report book when e school reopen, so tml i will not be going to school........

Got training after school at e field. Do discus today.... Miss wang haven started her physical trainnig yet..... Went home after that and buy lunch for my brother.. Eat finish, sleep from 5 to 6.. My mother keep calling and ask me go church liao... So i quarrel wif my bro and sis.. But in e end, went to church.. Dam tired lor... Didn't got e mood to attend the mass.. I'm cursing and swearing.... Alright dam BORED.. THen went to coffeshop shop after e mass and eat dinner wif my auntiel. But my bro and i didn't eat.. We only drinks, so we went home and watch e 9 o block show.. Then go and run our 4.8km again... But even if we dun eat, we can't slim down =)... My bro is already slim, only me ='(.. But nvm, i dun bother.. i nv eat becos i'm not hungry... Nvm.. Tml gonna go to work liao, wanted to cut my hair.. But got no time to go le..!!!... MAybe tml??.. After work at 9?
