He took bus there while i take mrt there, we reach there and saw all of them on the boat already, so i rush myself and just take out my shoes, shirts and pants out and go down and row without warming up. But well, i dun mind =)



THen finish rowing, we did circuit, i only do 3 set and not all the 4 exercise i do lol.



After that jiu go ps makan and then go watch dead silence at shaw tower. was over there looking at ang moh cai lol... And sleep in the cinema, that shows that how bored that show is to me?


Suddnely got a news that my grandfather is dead. Didn't get to see him for the last time.

Sat went for track and field early in the morning, but didn't train much as i waited for anne at gombak mrt station for so long. + her handphone is not wif us, i from 9.08 waited till 9.40+ and call her home, then i find out that she already left her house at 8+. If that e case, she comfirm ownself go gombak stadium liao. Cos i told her meet at 9 ma, then i 9.08 reach, she gone liao.

Then go there do some warm up and throw 2 time nia jiu stop liao. This time round got another guy that throw so far further than my distance, i can't even win him how am i going to go for IVP(event vs poly and uni) After our throwing, one canadian guy took over and i see the way he throw is fucking far and the ball is heavier. He is having his competition on that very night at gombak.

I have try not to go out that often liao, dun have e extra money to spend. So better not for me to go out.( still owe alvin 35 sia).

I would say, i didn't do my job at all as jc and kok ann have already done so. So is jsut a name as VC. Joy did her good job as she is leading the girls team well. Going for track & field tmr at gombak 4-6. If i'm able to master the spinning, i gonna make sure i train hard for the up coming competition. It gonna be a tough one as this coming competition is completing wif the Polys, ite and Uni. So if i can't even throw a 40m, i'm not going to take part.

Ytd went to Db trainnig after sch, while in the bus on the way to dover ite, i already saw one group of them started running to SP liao, so when i reach dover, the 5 girls have already reach and started sketching..

I ask whether anyone wanna run, so alvin(penis king) join me and run lor, it was 6km and i feel like dying liao, i planned to run 20 lap round the track which is 7km. HOw can i do it? lol.

Friday went to sentosa wif my ljkk member after school, before going there, i pass the soccer ball to edwin becos they wan to play. But joesph forget about it, and go home wif that soccer ball. So we end up buying one soccer ball and bring it to sentosa.

While we are walking towards the beach, i told them that there will not be any safe of drinks over the end except 7-11 at the entrance of the bench, but he replied, (oh, like that we go another side and buy lor, u ownself walk back to 7-11 and b uy).. Is not that over the other end of the bench nv say water, but the water is so dam expensive lor. 700ml mineral water for 2 bucks. WHile i can buy 1.5L for $1.80.. So de jian and i decided to go back 7-11 and buy mineral water.

AIYA whatever, anyway we play the game for 3 times which cost us 15 bucks. There is one cable holding a carriage or something for us to sit and go up the hill and come down wif a (so call car). That was fun. =)..

After that we go habourfront makan, then go parklane play dota lor..
