Going for track & field tmr at gombak 4-6. If i'm able to master the spinning, i gonna make sure i train hard for the up coming competition. It gonna be a tough one as this coming competition is completing wif the Polys, ite and Uni. So if i can't even throw a 40m, i'm not going to take part.
