Just woke up after a whole night headach and coughing.

Know i'm sick and i still go for training and enjoy myself. Headach and coughing make me can't sleep ytd night, i'm forcing myself to sleep as my head is very pain.

Well everything is over now, not as pain as before can already =)

Ytd went to sea training, i rush home after school just to meet paul,kokann,xp, and ben up and go kallang together, we meet up and started our cock. All the while is cock cock cock joke joke joke lol. Then halfway, suddenly saw joy come into our cabin, was quite of surprise when she suddenly come in. Then was making lots noise inside the train, probably the whole cabin can hear our converstaion.

Went to sea training and was quite happy becos jason turn up for training today ^^

Was hopping to get two 10men boat, so we can complete wif each other, but then haix.
But nvm. it is better to row as a team =). I was kind of giving up as my deltod is aching on our way to marina, it is aching and i just can't stop, and finallly i make it to marina and i got my rest.

We hang around there for a while and row back to our destination. We did 100 stroke by 100 stroke, i find that the first 50 wasn't that fast for the 100 stroke, but when it comes to 50 stroke by 50 stroke, the power is there. It can be more powerful if we guys train harder before regatta. It will be on 2nd and 3rd nov, not far away. Only 7 week for us to train!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Dun miss any training anymore guys. Holiday training gonna be tough and it all depend on urself whether u wanan win or not.

After sea training, we went to the nearby coffeeshop to eat our lunch and follow by beancurd, was quite of piss when i saw 2 idiot(so call gangster) actually kick,grab and punch a small kids. I think that small kids is their gina or whatever shit, walk past them and was staring at them, they didn't have the gut to look back still call themselve a gangster. Wanted to whack them up seriously, but who do u think i'm? wan to whack jiu whack meh? anyhow find problem. Can't stand this kind of person, told my mum when i'm home, she was like(pls let the police handle it).

After that, we walk to PA to see the draw lot, for our race this coming sat and sunday at jurong lake. 5 men crew dragonboat =). It gonna be a tough race as there are 44 team taking part in the (opens men). All the best then =)
