Nothing better to do, early in the morning wake up to go to school and meet up miss wang, she also woke up so early just to train me more for discus + shotput. So i was asked to jog 2 round on the field and warm up with the discus. She make the effort to wake up so early to come sch to train me, and went home after that. So i was flipping the discus for 10min and started to do the standing throws liao. So while i'm throwing, when sshe is around, i can throw it correctly, but when she go back to the pe office, i'm getting tired and restless, then all my throws are lousy. She told me that i will be going to national on july. So i was thinking, i tok national is before june?. She said no.. So i will be taking part in the discus + shotput in the national.. She then told me something when we start to throw shotput... The way i throw ever since last year to now are all WRONG!!.. So she teach me and ask me to train for it.... But after a while, she told me that, must always remember who ur bodys feel whenever u throw the correct throws, and think about it, and she told me that she ever VS with those girls that are very big size and tall. But what she care is about how far she can throw, not her oppnent distance.. She manage to get the champion. And when you go to the national, make sure that u dun feel nervous, dun care how far iuther people throw, just focus. But when she told me just now that i will be going to the national, i started to panic liao. So all my throws are lousy.. Oh For goodness sake, heard something, ANF FULLSTOPS. Not gonna write liao
